2. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.
3. Product Information & Pricing
We strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on the Site are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
4. Shipping & Delivery Terms
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes or courier delays. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pawsitive Provisions and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Pawsitive Provisions.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that Province or location.
