How Returns Work in 3 Easy Steps

Initiate Request

Log into your account and select the item you wish to return within 30 days of delivery. Or, email support@pawsitiveprovisions.ca.

Print Label

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Print it out and attach it securely to the original packaging.

Drop Off & Refund

Drop the package at any Canada Post location. Once received, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 CAD across Canada (excluding some remote areas and the Northern Territories). For orders under $75, a flat rate of $9.99 applies.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Absolutely. We know getting the right fit for your pet can be tricky! Simply initiate a return for the incorrect size and place a new order for the correct one. We waive the return shipping fee for exchanges.
What if my item arrives damaged?

We're so sorry if that happens! Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will immediately send a replacement at no cost to you.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened pet food, treats, personalized items, or grooming products that have been used. If your pet refused to eat a specific food, please contact us about our "Picky Eater Guarantee."
Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Pawsitive Provisions only ships within Canada. We are working on expanding to the US in the future!
