We offer a flat rate of $9.99 for standard shipping via Canada Post to any province or territory. Orders over $75 (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping! If your pet needs their treats faster, we also offer Expedited (2-3 business days) and Priority (Next Day in major hubs) shipping at checkout.
Currently, Pawsitive Provisions is exclusively focused on serving Canadian pet parents. By keeping our shipping domestic, we reduce our carbon paw-print and ensure rapid delivery times without border delays.
Once our warehouse team packs your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing a Canada Post tracking number. You can click the link in the email or paste the number directly into the Canada Post website to follow your package from our door to yours.

For example, our natural wooden grooming brushes are crafted from sustainably sourced Ontario timber. Specific origin information is always listed transparently on each product's detail page.
While no toy is completely indestructible, we categorize our toys by durability. For aggressive chewers, we highly recommend our Durable Rope Chew Toy and our dense rubber puzzle toys. Always supervise your dog during playtime and remove any toy that becomes significantly damaged or splintered.
Yes! We refuse to use harsh sulfates, parabens, or artificial dyes. Our signature Natural Oatmeal Dog Shampoo uses colloidal oatmeal, aloe vera, and mild coconut-based cleansers to soothe dry, itchy Canadian winter skin.
Returns & Guarantees
We accept returns on most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery. If the product isn't the right fit, we want to make it right. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for step-by-step instructions on generating a return label.
Oh no! While we pack our boxes carefully, the journey can sometimes be rough. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please take a photo and email us at support@pawsitiveprovisions.ca within 48 hours. We will immediately ship a replacement at zero cost to you.
We stand by our gear. The Pawsitive Guarantee covers any manufacturing defects in our premium harnesses, leashes, and beds for 60 days. This covers hardware failures, stitching blowouts, and fabric tears under normal use. (Note: It does not cover a teething puppy chewing through a harness!).
